SteelFiber Shafts Deliver T3 Finish at ACE Group Classic
Just two events after winning the Champions Tour season-opener, Aerotech Golf’s SteelFiber shafts took more top money. The No. 1 composite iron shafts in golf delivered a T3 finish at the ACE Group Classic and secured the No. 2 ranking in the current Charles Schwab Cup race.

The two-year Champions Tour player shot 16 birdies for a solid 9-under (71-68-68=207) on the TwinEagles GC (Talon Course) in Naples, Fla. He plays SteelFiber i110 shafts in his TaylorMade irons.

“Our growing success on the Champions and PGA Tours continues to spotlight the unique performance benefits that players receive with SteelFiber shafts,” said Aerotech Golf President Chris Hilleary. “The innovative composite technology of SteelFiber shafts combine the power of graphite with the stability of steel, and the resulting performance reduces fatique for players of all ages and skill levels, as well as provides for more greater vibration dampening.”
