Four Counties Golf - Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage – Four Counties Golf (FCG) warrants its golf clubs, components, and other products purchased from FCG to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. FCG will without charge to the purchaser, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof which is deemed defective during normal use within one year after the date of purchase. At its option FCG may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. FCG does not warrant its product against damage caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear. Any warranty claim will be assessed solely at the discretion of FCG. All parts must be returned to FCG for warranty assessment. Club heads that break or deteriorate under normal playing conditions within a period of one year will be repaired or replaced without charge. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs not covered under warranty.

Disclaimer – This warranty is in lieu of all express warranties. FCG disclaims all warranties for items purchased from sellers other than authorised retailers or distributors, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. FCG also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. FCG further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties.

Safety – A golf club can be a dangerous piece of equipment. Users should only swing a club in an area safe and clear of impediments. Golf shafts are fragile, whether made of graphite or metal. Shafts may fracture and broken shafts may cause injury. Shafts should not be abused, and should be inspected periodically to determine if cracking or fracture has occurred. FCG equipment should not be altered or changed in any way, with the exception of re-gripping, other than by a relevant qualified professional club maker. FCG advocates insurance cover for all golfers to protect not only golf equipment but also third parties from all eventualities.
