SteelFiber Shafts Win FedEx Cup Title and TOUR Championship
The No. 1 composite irons shafts on the PGA Tour in 2010 and 2011 can now officially add 2012. In the most anticipated tournament of the year and with the Tour's biggest purse on the line, SteelFiber composite shafts by Aerotech Golf won the TOUR Championship and the 2012 FedEx Cup title. It was the richest payoff in golf history.

The only player in the last five groups to break par, the champion fired off three big birdies on the back nine and shot 68-70-64-68 (270) for a three-stroke victory in the TOUR Championship. The win also netted the 2012 FedEx Cup title and a $10 million bonus. In addition to the win, SteelFiber shafts also scored another Top 10 money position at the TOUR Championship.

"We congratulate this year's FedEx Cup champion on a terrific victory. He's a Top 10 player in golf, and we're very proud that he chooses to play SteelFiber shafts. By combining micro-thin steel fibers and high-modulus graphite, we have created iron shafts that significantly increase clubhead speed, reduce fatigue and provide greater vibration dampening, while also providing steel-like accuracy and stability. It's a winning combination that's a proven winner on Tour," said Aerotech Golf President Chris Hilleary.

Delivering the power of graphite and the stability of steel, SteelFiber shafts have won the TOUR Championship, The Players Championship and the Farmers Insurance Open, as well as scored 19 Top 10 finishes so far this year on the PGA TOUR. Last year, two of the Top Eight players in the final FedExCup standings played SteelFiber shafts and SteelFiber delivered two Top Three finishes in the PGA TOUR PlayOffs.
